Out of respect for your massage therapist and physician, we kindly ask that you honor your appointment time. Should you need to change your appointment, we ask that you give notice at least four hours prior to your scheduled visit so that we may offer your appointment to another patient in need of care. Appointment space is limited daily, and patients are seen back to back in order to allow us to serve as many patients as we can.

It is the office policy that if we do not receive a four hour notice of your appointment change, your account will be charged a $25 “missed appointment” fee for a chiropractic adjustment and a $35 “missed appointment” fee for a massage session. Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid before the next scheduled visit.

It is our privilege to serve you and we do our very best to accommodate your schedule in order to provide care. We understand that unanticipated events do happen and will do our best to work with you to reschedule your visit. Our staff will continue to provide you with reminder calls, but ask that you record all upcoming appointments in order to avoid missing scheduled appointments.
